For enthusiastic gardeners Batsford Arboretum and garden centre is close by. Enjoy a day out at the Cotswold Farm Park with a cream tea in Bourton-on-the-Water or a visit to the famous motor museum. Enter the terraced cottage into the cosy lounge, which offers a Smart TV and comfortable sofas to relax on. Head through into the dining room that features a charming exposed stonewall, bringing lots of character into the room. The well-equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. The double bedroom and single bedroom are approached by cottage style stairs and are both finished with a traditional cottage look (the steep cottage style stairs need to be used with care, the owners do not think that the stairs are suitable for the elderly or infirm). There is one bathroom on the first floor with a claw foot bath and WC. The outside, enclosed courtyard garden is accessed through the kitchen and offers a pretty spot for enjoying your morning coffee. There is no parking at the property so you will need to use the car park approximately 75 m away - please also note that you are unable to unload or load your car at the property or near to the property on the pavement as this area is in constant use.
