Cilrhiw Country House

0

£4,840.00 up to £7,920.00 per week

This handsome Georgian mansion is a magical place where guests can enjoy the rugged Welsh countryside while relaxing in luxury and style. Children will love exploring the expansive grounds. There are 30 acres of woodland to explore and the house sits surrounded by landscaped gardens with paved areas for eating alfresco and grassy lawns for games of rounders.

A luxurious hot tub sits in a roofed, sideless structure, for all-weather relaxing. A handy bar has been incorporated into the build, so that guests can cool off with cold drinks before sliding back into the bubbles.

This large stone property is perfect for groups, whatever the weather dictates. At the heart of the home is a wonderfully spacious double kitchen with all the equipment required for making mealtimes a cinch. It's a modern and stylish room with underfloor heating and a marble-topped kitchen island where guests can gather round, pour a drink and catch up while dinner is being prepared.

There are two wonderful dining areas to chose from, enjoy cosy meals in the dining room which has a large wooden table and magnificent stone fireplace. Or enjoy the light evenings and summer suppers in the beautiful orangery with its lantern ceiling and lovely views across the grounds.

And after dinner, there are two warm and cosy living areas to relax. Sink into sumptuous Chesterfield sofas and listen to the crackle of the wood burning fire. These lovely rooms are full of texture and character, stag heads adorn the walls and cosy sheepskins are causally thrown over the backs of luxurious leather furniture.

When bedtime arrives, snuggle down in one of three luxurious ensuite king size rooms - there's one other king size room with a separate bathroom. Each bed has opulent upholstered headboards, smart TVs, excellent quality mattresses and crisp linens. The soothing, uncluttered decor, peaceful environment and cosy beds ensure guests enjoy a great night's sleep.

There is plenty to discover in the local area. Pembrokeshire is known for its quiet, sandy beaches. Check out Whitesands Bay and Monkstone Beach for sea swims, sandcastles and sunbathing before heading into Tenby for food. Try The Cove for its great sharing boards or Saltby's Beach Bar and Restaurant for seafood and sea views
