The Royal Oak Inn is beautifully located at the foot of the South Downs in the picture perfect Downland village of East Lavant. This stunning inn offers up five ensuite bedrooms, a two-storey family room and two cottages in the most glorious surroundings - with each getting its own perfect view. And the pub will keep you well fed and watered with locally sourced contemporary British food and hand selected cask ales. Located in a pretty village dotted with thatched cottages, flint walls and a 13th Century church, it’s a gorgeous part of the country. The Royal Oak has five ensuite rooms that each have fabulous views over the stunning countryside. The peaceful bedrooms all have muted colour schemes, luxurious textiles and elegant styling. And the modern bathrooms are all sparkling with complimentary Temple Spa Toiletries, power showers and fluffy bathrobes. The rooms each have flatscreen TVs, DVD players and i-pod docking stations. And there are gorgeous little finishing touches with espresso machines, mini fridges and an array of books and games. There is also a family room, with living over two-storeys, for those that like a little more space to spread out. The food philosophy is ‘from field to fork’ and they make use of the fabulous produce available to them on their doorstep - from venison to locally caught seafood. If you’re after water sports then head to Chichester Harbour, just ten minutes down the road. This beautiful barn conversion makes a wonderful countryside retreat for a family or group of friends. The barn sleeps up to 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children) and features big, open plan living spaces that combine the beautiful rustic features of the building with a modern style of decor. Spend your days exploring the Sussex countryside and coastline, before relaxing in the hot tub or in front of a roaring fire in the evenings. Luxury linen, towels and toiletries are provided alongside a welcome hamper, allowing guests to feel at home instantly. The Barn has been designed as an upside down house, with the bright and spacious living areas on the first floor. This makes the most of the beautiful architectural features of the building, such as the exposed oak beams, high ceilings and the panoramic tree top views, creating an enjoyable space for friends and family to share. There’s a well-equipped contemporary-style kitchen with two ovens and a large central island so everyone can get stuck in and lend a hand at meal times. The island bar is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee and there’s also a dining table where you can tuck in to delicious dinners together. There’s a relaxing living space at the other end of this big, open-plan space with a large comfy sofa and armchair to sink into at the end of a busy day exploring. This space opens out onto the modern balcony with outdoor furniture and glass railings so you can sit back and enjoy the views out over the Sussex countryside. You’ll find four bedrooms on the ground floor, each named after animals that live in the local area. Pheasant has a luxurious king-size bed as well as an ensuite shower room. Rabbit and Stag both have direct access to the gardens. Rabbit is a twin room with the option of a third single and Stag is a double room. Duck is perfect for children with a creative triple bunk which has a smaller lower bed which can cater for a toddler. Extra sleeping space can be found on the mezzanine area which overlooks the living space and has a double sofa bed. Luxury linen, towels and toiletries are provided alongside a welcome hamper, allowing guests to feel at home instantly. Outside, you’ll find a six-person hot tub where you can sit back and relax amongst the trees, where you will be serenaded by the vibrant local birdsong. Explore the rest of the grounds and you might stumble across the treehouse hidden away in the woods. There’s also a zip wire, a fishing lake, a tennis court and plenty of space to play cricket and football. Alternatively, you could just lie back in the hammock and relax with a good book. There are 17 acres of grounds within the Honeybridge Estate to explore, surrounded by beautiful woodlands and farmland. Close to the South Downs National Park, there are endless opportunities to explore the countryside and coast on foot or by bicycle. There are also plenty of delightful local towns and villages to explore, such as Petworth and Arundel, and you can be at the beaches of Goring, Shoreham or Worthing in 20 minutes and reach Brighton or West Wittering within 40 minutes.

The home is the perfect place to relax and recharge with loved ones, away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Designed for comfort, you’ll find everything you could need for an unforgettable getaway and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. You’ll also have the added luxury of a hot tub on a private deck, where you can bathe in the bubbles and take in the glorious view. You might even catch a glimpse of deer roaming or owls hunting at dusk! The house has been expertly designed to match the idyllic countryside, with a timber-clad exterior and green roof that extends the meadow up to the sky. Inside is just as impressive, lovingly finished with stylish décor, bespoke furniture and hand-painted murals.
