In a beautiful coastal woodland near the village of Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands, you will find two welcoming cabins. Eco-friendliness and sustainability are at the forefront of Ecotone's way of doing things. Although modern in their construction, they blend in seamlessly with their woodland surroundings. The cabins have been built using high quality, sustainable materials, and use 100% renewable energy. This ensures that impact on the environment is minimal. Besides their expert construction, the cabins benefit from a truly awe-inspiring location, just a stone's throw from Loch Broom. You can even enjoy views over the loch from the comfort of the outdoor terrace. And should you wish to explore the Scottish Highlands, Ecotone offers the perfect base. Just remember to bring your walking shoes.

There are two gorgeous cabins to choose from: Red Squirrel and Pine Marten. Red Squirrel is a one bed cabin that's perfect for couples, while Pine Marten houses two bedrooms, ideal for small families or friend groups. All bedrooms have smart en suite bathrooms and all bedrooms can function as super kings or twins. Either way, you're guaranteed a perfect night’s sleep in this serene locale.

Upon entering, guests will be greeted by the gorgeous open planned living area. Bathed in natural light, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, this gorgeous communal area is the perfect social space for you and your fellow visitors to socialise. The living area has plenty of comfy seating along with a TV, while the kitchen and dining area sit adjacent. The newly fitting kitchen is wonderfully equipped and has lots of workspace, making meal prep a delight. Afterwards, you can enjoy your meals at the four-seating dining table. Prefer some al fresco dining? Step onto the terrace where you can chow down as you survey the wondrous views of the surrounding Highland landscape. A family bathroom houses a WC, sink and a rainfall shower so luxurious you'll not want to get out.

The picturesque village of Ullapool is just a short drive from the cabins. This quaint village has a reputation for music and the arts, and you will find a handful of eateries, shops and bars to enjoy. The northwest highlands are replete with things to see and do. You will be barely a stone’s throw from the picturesque Loch Broom. So, should you fancy a dip, you won't have far to go. The region is also a firm favourite of nature lovers, replete with gorgeous walks, hikes, cycle trails and truly arresting vistas.
