An eco-friendly architect-designed pod, rich in comfort and secluded in West Sussex woodland for an out-of-this-world escape.

AirShip 1 is a creatively-designed, contemporary pod for up to three guests. Secluded in magical West Sussex woodland, it's the perfect excuse to grab two of your best friends (or just your loved one, if you prefer) and make your escape from hectic daily life.

You'll begin by driving away from the main roads, and into the rural paradise of The Haven, Billingshurst. Your AirShip will be ready and waiting to welcome you there, gleaming amongst the wildlife-steeped woodland.

One end of the AirShip overlooks a glistening dew pond, and the other a soothing meadow. That means beautiful views are guaranteed, whether you're enjoying the sun from the decking, or watching the rain from huge windows.

(You never know who else you might catch sight of, too - such as the resident deer and dragonflies, birds of prey, or even the occasional woodpecker).

Friendly manager Luu will be on hand to answer any questions, and her beloved dogs and cat may also be around for you to make firm friends with! However, if you'd prefer complete privacy during your stay, this will be respected.

You'll certainly feel as though you've been transported miles from anywhere, though you won't be roughing it' in the woodland. Quite the opposite, in fact! Filled with welcoming home comforts, there's a gorgeous wood-burning stove to warm your evenings, plenty of cosy seating, and a galley kitchen with everything you need to whip up sunset suppers.

When it's time to turn in, discover a large, downy double bed and a comfy sofa bed, all ready and waiting to help you drift off under the stars.

What to do with your days? You could start by exploring the woodland, filled with enchanting hidden spots that feel like undiscovered secrets. Why not grab a good book and a blanket, and see where the mood takes you?

If you've brought your bike along, you could while away some time whizzing along the Downs Link, while those who have found a new passion for the Great Outdoors could learn a brand new skill: bushcraft. Choose between an on-site taster session or a full day of activity, guided by the site's resident instructor.

Though of course, you've always got the option to wander along to the friendly local pub, The Blue Ship, and chat the day away over a welcome round of drinks instead!

Return to your AirShip just as the sun is starting to set, gathering around the firepit to catch up on life as you toast marshmallows. In fact, why not open a bottle of bubbles, too? You've earned this escape, and now it's time to enjoy it.
