A private island retreat, set in the middle of a water-skiing lake in between Oxford and the Cotswolds.
Sleeping up to 22 guests, your group will have exclusive use of the house and the surrounding grounds. Well-behaved pets are permitted.
Choose from 7 double or twin bedrooms, and an epic ‘dorm’-style room primed for giggly sleepovers
Relax inside, with an array of games including Xbox, pool table, table football or outside in the Arctic spa hot tub.
You’ll also find a barbecue and pizza oven, a children’s play area, and a table tennis table outside – in other words, you’ll never be bored!
The Cotswolds are just 10 miles from the island, and Oxford 11, so exploring the local area will be easy. You could also arrange water-skiing lessons from the park directly, or have a treatment at the neighbouring Waterside Therapy Rooms.

YOU SHOULD KNOW
You cannot do watersports on the lake you're staying on, but you can enjoy watersports activities at Hardwick Watersports nearby.
Check in between 4-6pm, check out by 10am.
Guests driving the boat must be over 25, provide full details for insurance purposes, and watch a short safety video before accessing the island.
Please note that the owners do not own the lake, so you will have access to the crossing-route only.
