The Walled Garden

0

£245.00 up to £325.00 per night

Couples can enjoy a relaxing retreat in these bespoke larch clad buildings nestled within a private walled garden, just a short drive from the stunning north Norfolk beaches. For those looking for a private getaway, where guests can unwind amongst nature, chill in luxury and explore one of the prettiest areas of England, The Walled Garden offers it all. The accommodation is split between two luxurious buildings which sit organically against the ancient stone wall. The open plan living area and kitchen has been exquisitely put-together with three distinct areas where couples can cook, dine, relax or even work. Exposed timbers run across the ceiling and large windows bring in pools of light, as well as offering views across the gardens. The kitchen sits at the far end of the space with a large island with an embedded sink where couples can enjoy cooking while taking in the blissful surroundings. Full of modern conveniences, this space will make preparing romantic suppers a breeze. Once dinner is ready, wander to the spacious circular dining table and relax in absolute comfort. In the warmer months open the windows and enjoy the birdsong and sounds of nature as they float through on the light summer breeze. There is an additional dining area outside where guests can make the most of the warm evenings and sit under the stars. And, for evenings when it's time to snuggle, fire up the wood burner, sink into the large comfy sofa and sip some wine while watching the flames flicker. The bedroom suite is situated just a few footsteps away and with a luxurious super king size bed dressed in crisp linens, guests are guaranteed a blissful night's sleep. In the morning, throw open the patio doors and enjoy coffee from bed while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Hanging out and relaxing at the Walled Garden for the duration of the stay would be very tempting, but the surrounding area has much to discover including a stunning coastline, wildlife reserves and many historic Stately Homes. After a day exploring, head to The Carpenters Arms at Wighton or The Red Lion at Stiffkey for great service and delicious food.
