This stunning wooden pod is the perfect romantic retreat for couples seeking peace and tranquility amongst the beautiful South Downs. Longhorn may be small but it packs in some huge views and a lot of luxury. It has a stunning window wall which brings pools of natural light into the lodge and illuminates the high-end furnishings and finishes. At the far end of this curved-roof timber structure is a super-king bed dressed in crisp linens and snuggly duvets and blankets. Go to sleep with views of the breathtaking night sky stretching over the countryside beyond and wake to views of wildlife bumbling about their business amongst the green fields and pretty hedgerows. Hop out of bed and make morning coffee in the kitchen area. Grab a croissant or a bagel and eggs and wander outside to the completely private deck where a table and chairs await visitors, anticipating a morning of peace and tranquility. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the luscious multitude of greens which make up the stunning landscape. A wonderful touch is the tin outdoor bath where guests will undoubtedly want to both start and end their days! This gorgeous Georgian farmstead is hidden away in the New Forest and just a short trip from the coast. Relax in the beautiful living areas or head out into the garden and spend the afternoon by the beautifully heated outdoor pool and playing games in the clubhouse! Sleeps 6 🛏️ Set behind an immaculate croquet lawn on its own five-acre estate, this traditional Georgian farmstead has been beautifully renovated. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully furnished interior which celebrates the character of the original building while adding plenty of contemporary luxuries, such as a roll-top bath. Step outside for a dip in the heated outdoor pool or to relax in the jacuzzi. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and an outdoor cinema. Explore the New Forest in the Land Rover Defender provided by Little Durns or on one of the mountain bikes you’ll find in the garage. Set within the New Forest National Park, Hazelhurst Farm is a former dairy which has recently been transformed into luxury holiday cottages, with a beautiful barn available for celebrations when you hire the whole site with your nearest and dearest. Many of the original farm buildings are now cosy cottages suitable for between two and four guests, perfect for quiet country breaks for couples and families. Choose between the Milking Parlour, the Piggery, Orchard Cottage, the Cowman's Cottage, Shephard's Crook and Dormouse. There’s also the option of having exclusive use of the site for groups of up to 30 guests along with hire of the Barn, perfect for big celebrations. There are six cottages to choose from and the Farmhouse will also be available soon for groups of up to eight guests. Five of the cottages comfortably sleep up to four, making them cosy boltholes for small families or couples. Dormouse is a quirky little cottage which makes a romantic little hideaway for two with its own terrace and garden. All of the cottages have been beautifully furnished in a contemporary country style which invites you to sit back and relax while the Control4 touch screen system creates the perfect atmosphere. This fully integrated system will provide you with free WIFI, integration with your own media apps for the TV and sound system and gives you easy control over the lighting and heating. You’ll be free to explore the 40 acres that make up the farm during your stay. Stroll through enchanting woodland, dotted with wildflowers and across the fields, perhaps spotting some of the local wildlife along the way. You’ll be able to say hello to some of the horses that live on the farm as part of its equestrian facility and they might provide you with an audience if you fancy a game on the tennis court. The converted hay barn is all yours when you hire the whole site. It makes a magical spot for a candlelit dinner for up to 30 guests and you'll have your own private bar area with woodburning stoves, sofas to lounge on or watch a film on the cinema screen. Venture a little further afield and you’ll find plenty to do right on your doorstep in the New Forest National Park. The farm is located just outside of Lymington and close to the coast, meaning you can choose between hiking, biking or even horse riding through the National Park or a day at the seaside. Take the ferry across to the Isle of Wight or head down to the pretty village of Milford-on-Sea and you can walk out to Hurst Castle. This 16th century fortress was built by Henry VIII and offers stunning views out to sea and across to the Isle of Wight.
