    The Transmitter Bunker is, just as its name suggests, a former transmitter block that once served RAF Ringstead during World War Two. Part of the Chain Home Radar, a crucial early-warning system that stretched all the way from Cornwall to Norfolk, the bunker was decommissioned in 1956.
